大考中心今天（21）寄發100學年度大學學測成績通知單，並公布測驗各科級分與總級分人數百分比累計表，上午9點起，提供網路及電話語音成績查詢服務。大考中心表示，考生如果對學測成績有疑義，可在24號上午9點到3月1號下午5點，以網路申請複查。





2. From this year, Ministry of Education will subsidize the establishment of student counseling and consulting service centers at various counties and cities island-wide. Such centers will be coordinating and programming the recruiting, managing, educational training, and monitoring of clinical psychologists as well as social workers. To assist government offices at each region to understand the entire plan, Ministry of Education entrusts Education Bureau, Kaohsiung City Government to hold a seminar. It is hoped through the exchange of experiences, legitimate pathways can be made for the establishment of these centers.

教育部今年起補助全國各縣市設置學生輔導諮商中心，統籌規劃心理師、社工師的聘用、管理、教育訓練、督導等，為了協助各縣市瞭解相關建置規劃，教育部委請高雄市教育局，今、明（21、22）兩天舉辦研討會，希望透過經驗交流，提出建置輔諮中心的可行模式。

3. The anti-bully proclamation at elementary schools and junior high schools island-wide will go hand in hand with the campus-friendly week beginning in the first week after school starts. A project dubbed Pink T-Shirt Day will also be promoted for the anti-bully action in Taiwan. Ministry of Education hopes this action will eradicate campus bully incidents and form campus filled with senses of camaraderie. In the latest edition of e-paper from Ministry of Education, award-winning, practical measures for anti-bullying applied in Ming-De (民德) Junior High School in Tainan city is introduced.

配合開學第一週的友善校園週，全國中小學防制霸凌宣示，在各縣市同步展開，並推出「粉紅T恤日」，全國串聯反霸凌，教育部希望全國總動員，一起掃除霸凌，建立友善校園，最新出刊的教育部電子報就介紹反霸凌績優學校「臺南市民德國中」的具體作法。

4. According to Japan Weather Association, Sakura, or cherry blossoms, will begin to bloom earlier this year in Japan. Flowering from mid-March to mid-May, the cherry blossoms will be under the influence of climate alternations and form a ‘Sakura line’ from the southern to the northern part of Japan, beginning from the warmer South and gradually bloom in sequence to the North. 5. To advocate drivers to limit their speed while driving so that road accidents can dwindle, a small town at the outback in Victoria, Australia, attempts to alter its name from Speed to Speedkills. Originally called Speed, the town has seen drivers traverse through it in the blink of an eye. Now, as residents in the town begin to feel the town’s name, Speed, a misnomer and wish to convert it to Speedkills, these folks intend to urge drivers to slow down while driving through the countryside.

澳洲維多利亞省一座偏遠小鎮決定更改鎮名，來呼籲汽車駕駛減速慢行，加強道路安全。這座小鎮原本叫做「速度」，一些飛車行駛的駕駛可能在眨眼間，就開過小鎮，現在鎮民決定要將小鎮改名為「殺死速度」，也就是「減速」的意思，希望呼籲駕駛在鄉村道路開車時，要減速慢行。
